[IRCA] TP 8 Aug Victoria version

Mainly upper band, and mostly DU audio traces, plus some carriers almost there. Peak was around 1240UT.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

738 Tahiti likely; rhythmic pop music 1230UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

1116 man talking DU English inflection 1241UT
1386 quiet singing 1239UT
1512 man talking DU English inflection 1242UT
1566 woman talking 1233UT
1611 woman mumbling 1242UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 1098 1314 1413 1503 1539 1548 1557 1575 1629

best wishes,

Nick
