[IRCA] TP 22 July Victoria version
Things must be brewing on the coast; lots of "near audios" on the
carriers heard here, plus some real audio at times.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
738 Tahiti likely, pop music, peaking
1220UT, getting up to Rockworks style
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1116 man talking, maybe DU English 1155UT
1215 man mumbling 1213UT
1566 weak vocal music 1128UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
972 1053 1098 1206 1224 1314 1332 1386 1476 1503 1512
best wishes,
Nick
