[IRCA] TP 17 July Victoria version
I think it would have been a good morning to be at the coast. Many
of the carriers here showed audio traces, and there were many carriers.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1116 4BC assumed, man and woman DU English, peaking briefly at 1208UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
702 woman and man mumbling 1155UT
738 Tahiti likely, man talking, French inflection 1101UT
1008 man talking, sounded DU English, not //1098 1206UT
1098 vocal pop music 1205UT
1161 man talking 1211UT, mixing with someone else?
1215 woman talking 1211UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
(stand back!)
855 936 963 1026 1206 1242 1332 1386 1476 1503 1539 1548 1611 1629 hum
best wishes,
Nick
