[IRCA] TP 3 July Victoria version
It should have been a fine morning to be at the coast...tons of
carriers noted here, many with audio hints, and even some actual
audio on unusual channels, but not too much ID'd
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1548 4QD woman talking, DU English, ABC fanfare and "ABC news"
1159-1200UT, despite 1550 splash
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
612 4QD woman talking as //774 and a bit stronger 1137UT
675 music, woman talking 1224UT
774 3LO woman talking slowly, weak but //612 1137UT
792 slow vocal music 1140UT
909 woman talking 1216UT
1107 woman talking 1150UT, then choral singing?
1116 woman talking enthusiastically, DU English inflection 1152UT, commercial?
1314 man mumbling, sounded like a prayer?? 1152UT. At 1200UT, 5,
or more likely 6, pips, woman peaking briefly, sounded DU English?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
(stand back!)
702 756 828 882 891 936 1008 1026 1035 1098 1143 1161 1179 1206
1215 1269 1332 1413 1476 1503 1512 1557 1611 1629 1638
best wishes,
Nick
