[IRCA] TP 20 Jun Victoria version

Another morning when the coast would have delivered much better than the ghostly hints heard further inland; almost all noted just after 1200UT, minutes before local sunrise.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

738 Tahiti woman in French 1149UT, briefly at this level

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

675 RNZ National woman talking 1204UT //756
702 slow pop vocal 1203UT
756 RNZ National //675 1204UT
909 Star slow vocal music //963 1205UT
963 Star as above 1205UT //909
1116 woman talking, DU English likely 1204UT
1035 woman talking, maybe DU English 1201UT; nothing on hour of course
1098 man talking 1203UT, maybe DU English; 1035 faded down by now

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

891 1179 1548

best wishes,

Nick
