[IRCA] TP 19 Apr Victoria version
Back to Asians, but not very many, and not very good strength mostly
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ just briefly at this level with woman in Japanese 1240UT,
but several other times was reasonably readable
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
747 JOIB English lessons 1233UT
972 HLCA man in Korean, briefly peaking at 1239UT
1053 Korean jammer 1246UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 rhythmic vocal pop music likely Tahiti 1236UT
774 JOUB //828 as below 1249UT, though also recognized theme music
for beginning of Korean lessons at 1300UT after pips.
828 JOBB English lessons //774 1249UT though hard to find times when
both were sufficiently above the murk
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
567 909
best wishes,
Nick
