[IRCA] TP 12 Apr Victoria version

Another mix, stronger this morning, with a New Zealand showing as well as East Asia and Australia

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK man in Japanese 1259UT
774 JOUB man in Japanese //747 1304UT
1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1255UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1053 Korean jammer 1309UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

702 2BL man in DU English //612 1302UT
747 JOIB English lessons 1255UT
828 JOBB English lessons 1248UT
1107 man in DU English 1323UT, assumed New Zealand, but nothing to ID.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

612 4QR man talking //702 1302UT
675 R. NZ National woman talking, DU English inflection 1311UT, into Doors song that was barely audible on 567
891 man talking, sounded DU English 1303UT
909 soft music 1317UT
945 CNR1? man and woman talking, pretty sure it was Chinese 1313UT
963 CRI man talking 1309UT, weak but // similarly weak 1323
1035 man talking, DU English inflection; no parallels 1321UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 738 873 1008 1134 1179 1206 1287 1422 1503

best wishes,

Nick
