[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 4/1/16

Only JOUB 774 was heard today, fair at 1155 tune-in but the signal was gone by 1157.  Heard on PL-606 with 8-inch FSL.  

Good DX to all, and especially to those gathered this weekend at Grayland WA..
