[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 20

Today's TP DX was reasonably OK.  The low part of the band showed some 
life until just after 1300, when the TP's called it a night and went 
home.  The upper part of the dial, on the other hand, didn't really get 
going until the sunrise enhancement at about 1340.


GOOD
594    JOAK, lively conversation 1247 briefly good
693    JOAB, rose up briefly with Japanese man & woman 1256, much weaker 
after 1300
774    JOUB, Japanese male 1252
1566    HLAZ, ending Japanese service 1345, then weaker with Chinese program
1575    VOA, Burmese program mostly fair but sometimes good 1342

FAIR
747    JOIB, Japanese talk 1247, pips & more talk 1300, noticeably 
weaker after about 1305
972    HLCA, 1242 rapid Korean talk, otherwise poor-nil the rest of the 
morning
1053    jammer 1241
1503    JOUK, animated Japanese conversation 1349

POOR
666    JOBK, weak pips 1300, possible talk afterwards
828    JOBB, time pips 1300, then bits of talk
1323    faint talk 1348
1386    NHK2, sounded like English lesson 1342. Brief Jazz music 1345
