[IRCA] TP 18 Mar Victoria version

I don't think there was the sunrise lift at this location that Gary reported , though a local noise source made the bulk of the band unusable on the west Flag as well, so something might have been missed.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not even remotely

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not today

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK woman in Japanese 1332UT
1566 HLAZ woman and man in Japanese, quite distorted and echoey, 1338UT, somewhat better on the north Flag

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

567 JOIK woman talking 1332UT //594
774 JOUB woman talking 1404UT //828, Japanese inflection
828 JOBB // to above

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

558 702 891 1242 1332 1386 1422 1503 1593

best wishes,

Nick
