[IRCA] TA 6 Mar Victoria version

A surprising eruption of TA activity at sunset last night, mainly 
1215 which ended up delivering several IDs, but audio on a couple of 
others too.  Very doubtful it will happen tonight.




Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1215 UK Absolute Radio. First noted 0159 with weak rock music, 
eventually peaking to this level 0217UT, and at 0233UT, when several 
Absolute Radio IDs noted.   Faded up numerous times in the following 
90 minutes or so, though around 0230UT was probably the peak.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

882 man and woman talking 0233UT, maybe English? (Wales actually..)
1089 Talksport likely  man talking 0222UT; same as heard on the 
Twente SDR at 0231UT



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)
