[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 1

Conditions were reasonably OK today.  The upper band was favored by the 
propagation gods, but there were also signs of life at the low end of 
the dial.  A couple of stations peaked before 1400, but most of them 
peaked during the sunrise enhancement at about 1440.  The best signal of 
the day was 1503 of all things.

693    JOAB, Chinese lesson 1344, weaker 1440 with Japanese talk
747    JOIB, Japanese talk 1332 trying to cut through electrical noise

POOR
594    JOAK, Japanese talk 1437

1494    faint talk 1440 too weak to guess at language
1566    HLAZ, male talk 1435, not nearly as strong as yesterday
1593    female talk 1444, too much splash to ID the language
