[IRCA] TP 11 Feb Victoria version

Very limited sunrise DX, and not much of interest earlier. JOUB-774 for example was at its best at 1000UT, more like sunset enhancement at the transmitter.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

no

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB English lessons 0958UT, pips on the hour and more English lessons

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB English lessons 1427UT //774 that was considerably weaker
972 HLCA man in Korean 1409 and 1426UT; last man left standing at 1533UT, but pretty weak audio by then

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 JOAK pips at 1400UT, man talking presumably Japanese
738 Tahiti possible; rhythmic pop music 1343UT
1566 choral music 1514UT
1575 man mumbling 1513UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

567 612 873 891 1323 1593

best wishes,

Nick
