[IRCA] TP 7 Feb Victoria version
A very large step down from yesterday. Very little signs of life
beyond 774 until after 1510UT, and not much then
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB various times at this level, e.g. 1429UT, but managed to do
a strong s/off anthem and chimes at 1520UT
972 HLCA woman in Korean 1521UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1511UT
1566 HLAZ assumed w/female vocal 1513UT, mostly it was in the murk
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
612 man talking 1524UT, presumed DU, but this didn't sound quite
right, nor was it //594.
828 JOBB woman talking //774 1348UT
747 JOIB man in Japanese //774 1452UT
1377 CNR1 man talking //1593 at 1515UT, both w/difficult signals
1593 CNR1 //1377, 1515UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
603 702 711 891 1134
best wishes,
Nick
