*Update from JD Stephens, the DXer who arranged this widely heard test:*

I am already receiving word that some of our DXing brethren are complaining
because the Engineer for the WBOB DX test has not yet responded to their
e-mail reports. Folks, it's ONLY BEEN 3 DAYS since the test occurred.
Please be patient !!
The WBOB Engineer has already e-mailed me and said he will be developing an
e-QSL (this is the only way he will reply), and will send out these e-QSLs
once he feels that all e-mail reports have been received.
This kind gentleman has also offered to work with me and arrange some more
DX tests in the future, but this will not occur if we do not all show a bit
more courtesy and - again - PATIENCE in waiting for our QSLs.
It pains me to have to send this e-mail, but as the arranger of the test, I
not only care about how many of our DXers are able to hear any test, but
also about the courteous broadcast professionals who air these tests out of
the goodness of their hearts.

I do want to add to JD's email that one of my biggest pet peeves on DX
Tests in the past is that the promised QSL's never arrived. As the IRCA/NRC
DX Test Coordinator, this is one of my main functions besides communicating
accurate test info, and one of the main things I wanted to change. Everyone
who submitted an accurate report will be QSl'd.
