[IRCA] TP 9 Jan Victoria version
Pretty dead until after 1500UT, and a pre-sunrise peak around 1530UT
on the upper band
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1575 VoA woman in SE Asian language 1528UT, "this program has come to
you from the Voice of America" by man at 1529UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1566 HLAZ first heard 1508UT, and maintained a low level of audio,
with final peak 1527-31UT with woman and man in Chinese, and hymns
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
972 female vocal music 1541UT
1593 man talking 1525UT, Chinese?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
the above passing through
