1521 Saudi blaster most likely ... HOWEVER ... Bahamas 1540 sometimes kicks out spurs +/- 19 kHz, i.e. on 1521 and 1559.
Are you finding anything on 1559?
Can your receiver do SSB reception? That would help pull up TA split audio.

Earlier this evening around 7pm eastern I noted Hets on 530, 890 &1520. 530
by far the loudest. No het noticed on 550.
