[IRCA] TP 27 Nov Victoria version
I wasn't recording earlier when Bruce heard TP's but HLAZ delivered
quite a strong signal at 1159 and 1459UT, though not much else was
even hinting at audio.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ woman and man in Chinese 1529UT, many strong appearances
until about 1550UT, when it rapidly stopped delivering audio
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1557 Taiwan pop music, pretty laid back for this one, maxing out about 1545UT
1593 CNR1 man in Chinese, maxing out 1544-1549UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above, passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1503 man talking 1534-1540UT, erratic, and mostly pretty poor, though
sounded like Japanese at 1540UT
1575 VoA? woman talking, 1547UT, maybe someone else too?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
1422 1512
best wishes,
Nick
