[IRCA] auroral DU

Lots of little (and a couple of big) DU signals this morning..  The 
aurora has suppressed some of the domestic splash, so weaker signals, 
and hints of them, can be heard, and the Vactrol nulls on the Flag 
are similar to daytime.
