Conditions were decidedly unexciting today. JOUB-774 and HLCA-972 were
the only stations with decent signals. Otherwise, a handful of the
regulars showed sub par signals. There was no sunrise enhancement to
speak of, except for 972 which had its best moments after 1400.
GOOD
774 JOUB, nice signal with Portuguese lesson 1257, including a bit of
Brazilian music
972 HLCA, 1401 woman in Korean, still quite good
FAIR
