[IRCA] today's conditions 25 Sept

After 1330UT, things definitely took a more DU turn here with 3LO 
ruling 774 at 1349UT for example, yet moments later  JOHR-1287 was 
pretty strong also.     First impression then is that pre-sunrise 
enhancement favored DU, but things were erratic enough to still hear 
some Asians.

Will be interested to hear others' impressions.
