[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-4

Hello All,

An anemic collection of Asians managed to show up at peak sunrise enhancement this morning, including a mid-band TP that actually reached a fair level. Signals weren't very energetic, but at least there was pretty good variety.

At my 1300 start time both 594-JOAK and a presumed 603-HLSA were managing poor audio, but neither one of them could come up with better signals throughout the session. At 1307 the star of the session (if you can call it that) came up in strength, as the 1053-Korean Jammer reached a fair level with a pretty solid buzz. 972-HLCA was flirting with audio around 1315 but never could get through the "Freedom 970" splatter, while 738-Tahiti was in and out with poor-level pop music around 1325 (at about 1% of its ocean coast strength). By 1330 the entire ghostly collection had faded, ending a pretty typical early September session.
