[IRCA] TP 25 Aug Victoria version
Again, mostly dead until 1230UT, then a bit stronger signs of life
than yesterday.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not quite, though 612 was pretty readable at times, just weak
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
612 4QR man talking DU English //774 which was quite a bit weaker, 1314UT
1566 HLAZ man talking Japanese 1254UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
891 5AN? woman talking, DU English, fairly slow, so more like this than TAB?
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 Tahiti? island sounding vocals 1143UT
774 3LO woman talking 1226UT, then later ID'd //612
1116 4BC? woman and man talking 1140UT, DU English?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
702 738 828 837 855 1008 1098 1242 1323 1386 1503 1593
best wishes,
Nick
