[IRCA] TP 24 Aug Victoria version

Mostly dead until 1230UT, then tiny signs of life for the next 45 minutes.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

no

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

no

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

and no

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

612 4QR? 1300UT man talking; big helpings of imagination needed to hear the ABC news fanfare just beforehand 891 mostly a relaxed bass line in the splash 1242UT, then woman and man talking through 1256UT, but hard to get anything in the splash
1053 Korean jammer 1231UT
1386 vocal music, rhythmic accompaniment for maybe 30 seconds at 1312UT
1566 woman talking slowly 1234UT, choral music a minute later points to HLAZ

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 603 702 738 792 1116 1548

best wishes,

Nick
