[IRCA] TP 16 Aug Victoria version
The geomagnetic upset pretty much wiped everything out, but a couple
of Aussies did stick their noses up around sunrise.
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 came close
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 4QR faded up 1301UT, man talking //774, then faded up to
occasional words of DU English by woman as 774 faded down 1302UT
774 3LO 1248UT woman talking then man, DU English, peaking 1253UT
after fading in for first time 1248UT, gone by the hour, but faded
back up quickly and was //612 as that faded up
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1116 4BC? man in DU English? 1146UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
738 891
best wishes,
Nick
