[IRCA] TP 6 Aug Victoria version
A step down from yesterday, although some interesting carriers, close
to audio at times, again mostly peaking 1230-1240UT and quite erratic.
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
not this morning
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
nope
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 rhythmic pop music 1055UT
1116 man talking, 1155UT, DU English inflection; teletalk at 1230UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
