Radio Plus (Gerry Thomas) makes the Quantum Q-stick+ for MW & LW (switch) and a variable capacitor peaks up the 7.5" encased in plastic ferrite rod. You just place it near the ferrite bar in your portable. It also comes with a plug with 2 short pieces of wire that goes into a jack so you can add a longwire. Ok, so I got the Shortwave antennas sorted out.. I have two that I like and
they work, now I want something for AM.
I had a Kaito AN200 and Select-A-Tenna but wasn't too entirely thrilled
with them.
Can anyone recommend a good AM passive (now powered) AM Antenna for under
$100 that works well?
thanks,
Paul
