[IRCA] TP 4 July Victoria version
A very brief, and very small opening just around 1200UT, with one
audio (Tahiti doesn't count, hi, it will turn up anytimg)
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
a very small opening..
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
tiny, really
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 pop music 1138UT
1548 4QD ABC news fanfare 1200UT, woman and man talking, presumably
news; likely would have been somewhat readable but for the horrid
splatter from 1550. A brief reprise at 1215UT, woman talking.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
1503
best wishes,
Nick
