I need this one and "ouch" there's only about 700 or maybe 800 watts ERP coming my way on day pattern. Texas sunset skip cx were insanely good on the Phased DKAZ Array during late Dec and into early Jan with at least semi or totally AU cx. I was getting east TX at least an hour before sunset there on the best nights. I have a chance, but it isn't likely.
The fact that you'll be running local pgmg will help DXers figure out that they have KSET.
But much more importantly, lets hope that you can make this work! Sell bunches of local ads, have a very listener and community oriented website. Do fun stuff in the community to promote KSET and note that fun shouldn't require spending a 5 figure $ amount!!
