If they are on, there is no sign here, but according to their pattern, they protect Spokane, which nulls me. Maybe at LSS? Calgary is not that far and Calgary booms in here.

Subject: [IRCA] CJLI 700 Calgary Testing
CJLI 700 must be testing. I had them at 2130 with an ID and music now at
2200 they are an open carrier. Signal is typical for Calgary, so must
have some power. Very strange to see a station coming on in Alberta.
