Thanks to Hal Hoffman on the Shortwave Listeners Facebook Group , who helped me ID this previously reported UNID on 1450 Khz this morning!!

Music up to hour then Female with ID that sounded like…..
"The River Ends ???? 1450 and Overnight on W289BR 105.7" Into News
@ 0600 EDT. Just switched Formats on April 6th to "105.7 The River".
