[IRCA] UnID 1240 kHz

From April 4, 2015 0812 EDT 1240 kHz station with Gary Puckett and the 
Union Gap song "Lady Willpower" then male with ID? Sounds like "KWSD". 
Brief audio clip attached. Anyone?
