[IRCA] TP 7 Apr Victoria version

A bit of a fall back here, mostly more regular signals with a hint of China.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

HLAZ woman in JJ 1302; man in Japanese 1325UT; interestingly this had woman in Chinese at 1157UT, and also hung in with weak audio as late as 1455UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB Korean lessons 1210UT.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK woman in Japanese 1315UT
1053 Korean jammer 1248UT
1575 VoA? man in SE Asian language 1325UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

603 man talking 1325UT
747 musical interlude //774 1315UT
828 woman talking 1154UT
981 woman talking , Chinese inflection 1306UT
1017 woman talking 1307UT
1512 man talking, maybe Taalog, too much splash though bassy music cut through 1320UT; erratic strong fading

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

567 693 891 972 1206 1323 1422 1503 1593

best wishes,

Nick
