[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on the Ides of St Patty's March Day



Today's TP DX wasn't quite as good as yesterday's, but it was still interesting. The low band dominated again, with only one or two standouts above 1100 (one of which was a Filipino on 1314). Once again, there was a brief but significant enhancement at around 1400 UTC.

693    JOAB, English lesson 1348, man talking about the sport polo
774    JOUB, English lesson about polo 1358
972    HLCA, various times
981 CNR1, 2338 female opera singer easily piercing through the splatter. Weaker 1400 with pips, time check & ID.
1053    Korean jammer 1338
1314 What sounded like a church choir 1409 then man (sermon?) in Tagalog, then back to the choir 1412. Probably DWXI. Good signal but lots of splatter & electrical noise

890 KBBI (presumed) 1400 went straight from BBC World Service to NPR Weekend Edition, no ID noted
