A little late to the game here, but I finally had a chance to look at my
high-band SDR recording from this morning and there was a significant
enhancement around 6:10-6:25am (1310-1325UT), about a half-hour before
sunrise, significantly better than yesterday.
Fair-good audio: 1566
Occasional weak audio: 1593
Occasional marginal audio: 1422
Carriers: 1287, 1296, 1314, 1332, 1386, 1413, 1431, 1467, 1503, 1521, 1557,
1602
Maybe more, but I don't have to chance to go through this in detail
tonight. This was with my 6-foot tuned loop peaked around 1550, so
progressively weaker signals below 1400.
