Today, the Oregon Public Broadcasting program Think Out Loud featuredÂa veryÂinterview with Norwegian DXer Tore Johnny BraatveitÂabout his reception ofÂKOAC (550 kHz) Corvallis Oregon in Arctic Norway. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and covered the hows and whys of DXing.ÂÂThe host acknowledged he never heard of DXing and seemed intrigued with the idea of someone trying to hear long distance radio signals.Â
