[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Feb 28
Yesterday's TP feast turned into today's TP famine. There were only a
few of the regulars hanging around today, and they were all struggling
to produce audio. If the every-other-day pattern holds true, then
tomorrow should be much better.
