[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Feb 27

Today's DX was amazingly good by 2015 standards. It certainly wasn't up to 2009 standards, but tit was one of the best mornings of the season for Asian reception. It was so good, in fact, that I actually had audio from the Korean on 603 (which is a very rare occurrence around here). Several other rare signals were also producing audio.

Most of today's action was at the low end of the dial just after 1300 UTC. The high end of the dial was below normal, and there was no sunrise enhancement worth mentioning.
