[IRCA] TP 26 Feb Victoria version
Nice little enhancement between about 1430 and 1440UT this morning,
plus a quite marked difference in antennas. North Flag did best in
the upper band, West Flag the best in the lower end.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
594 JOAK man in JJ 1443UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ woman in CC 1430UT; still readable audio on this at 1610
and 1619UT. Had also been quite good towards end of JJ program, man
saying "FEBC desu" at 1341UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
774 JOUB woman in JJ 1449UT
828 JOBB "welcome to..." by woman, starting EE lessons 1301UT
1422 JORF man in JJ 1405, 1434UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
558 HLQH soft mx //603 1437-9UT
603 HLSA soft mx 1431UT, later //558
738 man talking FF inflection 1301UT, fairly consistent for 10 minutes or so.
1242 JOLF? man talking JJ inflection 1411UT
1314 JOUF? woman and man in apparent JJ 1441UT
1386 NHK2 woman talking 1436UT //774
1557 Taiwan? man talking CC inflection, in briefly 1448UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
612 747 972 1098 1107 1179 1278 1287 1359 1503 1593
best wishes,
Nick
