[IRCA] KFSD-1450/KSPA-1510

Just wanted to post this after a little monitoring in the car today. I know
most of this has been posted, I think by Mike Sanburn.

KFSD-1450 uses slogan "The cow, cow AM 14-50".
KSPA-1510 uses slogan "AM 15-10 the kicker".

What I did notice is that both play the same country songs. KSPA is a
delayed a couple minutes. If I have time I'll listen to both with a clock
and get a better measurement of the delay.
