[IRCA] TPs in Seattle on Feb 5



Conditions here were quite interesting today, and much better than what Gary reported. There were lots of exotic carriers at the low end of the dial. I would have had a truly great morning if they'd been strong enough to produce audio. The upper part of the dial was less impressive for a change, but still managed to produce its share of signals. Alas, they too were mostly at the "almost audio" level. Most of the action peaked at about 1435 at the low end, and at 1515 at the high end of the dial.
