[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Jan 30

Today's DX was very much like the past few days.  Same tried and true 
formula as before: a brief enhancement at 1525, lots of tantalizing 
carriers at the high end of the dial, bits of tantalizing audio on a few 
of those frequencies, not much of anything at the low end of the dial.
