[IRCA] 880 - Mexico or Cuba or both?

880 has what I am almost certain is Mexico. The trick may be determining which one. There's an anthem in these clips, which I think will establish that this is Mexico, and not Cuba. Though much of the talk was about Cuba.
I've posted the following clips online, with the same info as below, at:

Clip A begins at 0642 and has Spanish talk that doesn’t seem //Progreso. Progreso's web stream had music. Seems to be news or commentary mentioning Havana and Washington. 

Clip B follows as does Clip C, which seems to end the program. 

Clip D follows immediately and leads into and contains the anthem, which is a bit weak but sounds like Mexico's. Went downhill from there. 

It's possible there are two Spanish stations mixing, and even though Progreso online was music I haven't ruled out Cuba. This was all leading up to 0700 eastern time, which is perhaps the best time here in Ontario for Mexico. Less so for Cuba.

Anything in these clips to suggest Mexico or even a particular station, or anything else for that matter? My Spanish is severely limited. Any help is greatly appreciated, with thanks!
