1220 WSLM IN, Salem, fair to poor in jumble and on top at times with Classic Country from 0250 EST 1/1/15. No TOH ID at 0300 just a Brooks and Dunn song, but at the end at 0301.45, a spot for "Jojo's" with a 473 prefix. Then a weather forecast by a man that IDed the station at "Classic Country 1220". The weather then, followed by "Remember, you are no more than 20 minutes away from the latest weather on Classic Country WSLM, 1220 AM." Then back into C&W music. I have been looking for this station for decades. I was just checking out the R8 for noise after shielding my new Charter modem, and caught C&W on 1220. This caught my ear, as I normally do not hear C&W on 1220. What a surprise to say the least. What a way to start off the year! (PM-OR)
