Re: [IRCA] Help with a couple UNIDs
Quarter wavelength is great for the sky wave. I've logged Reno as many different calls starting with KONE in the 70s. I know I have a nice verie of them as KOZZ. I'm sure I've heard KHITAI there, certainly on 1590.
