[IRCA] TP 13 Dec Victoria version
My gosh, audio...hints of readability.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
a bit much to expect
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
keep the expectations low
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
774 JOUB man in JJ 1506UT, was audible on and off, though rarely at
this level, for the next 40 minutes, with the music box almost fair at 1544UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
603 HLSA? deep voiced, slow talking man, then woman, maybe KK? 1508UT
747 JOIB man talking //774, 1506UT
972 man mumbling, 1537UT, possibly HLCA?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
558 828 1548
best wishes,
Nick
