[IRCA] 1670 CJEU - Radio Jeunesse ???

This popped-up briefly at sunset the other night...I wonder if those fluent 
in French might take a listen to this and see if I have it correct? It 
sounds as though the TOH (59:53) starts with 'Radio Jeunesse' but it's too 
fast for me. I turned up the audio more on the second pass.

As a Canadian, I'm embarassed to admit that my French fluency is 
non-existant as I elected to take Spanish in high school, thinking that it 
would help me with the South Americans I was working on 10m AM in the early 
60's...which, surprisingly enough, it did.
