[IRCA] Jeff Kadet

I just got word, we lost another great DXer, Jeff Kadet. He was one of the top TV/FM  DXers of all time and I believe members of both the IRCA and NRC.  We will be missed. Jeff and I corresponded for a time some years back. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
