[IRCA] TP 23 Nov Victoria version
Back in the bucket this morning, plus lots of static crashes, and a
new local noise source.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
fun while it lasted
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 Tahiti likely, jazz guitar 1357UT and across the hour, then fading
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 likely 4QR man in DU EE 1452UT for a minute or so
774 JOUB man in JJ, woman in EE 1357UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
747 JOIB man talking //774 1405UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)

best wishes,
Nick
