[IRCA] TP 18 Nov Victoria version

Compared with the last couple of mornings, a veritable gem...but 
still, only extreme  minimalist DXing yielded anything.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):


what is this "darn good audio" of which you speak?



Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):


uh, no.



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

the above, whipping by, both directions...somehow, a phrase for all seasons



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

774 man talking 1410UT, then a woman.  Slow phrasing implied language lessons
972 ? woman talking 1229UT, no language ID possible, but assuming 
HLCA; not heard later
1386 ...at 1500UT, NHK pips, distinctive and weak, not much else heard
1503  JOUK most likely, NHK pips 1500UT, mumbles before the hour
1566 woman talking 1231UT, way too weak;  similar weak voices turned 
up between 1400 and 1500UT
1593 CNR1 likely man talking 1410UT; one low, one high pip at 1430UT 
means that most likely this one.

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)
